CSAM introduces EVP Marketing & Communications in key new role
CSAM welcomes Helen Døcker, who has started in the role as EVP Marketing & Communications. As CSAM works to secure its leading position as a full-spectrum provider of specialised software for national health care providers and emergency response organisations, Døcker will develop CSAM’s brands and support the company’s rapidly growing, international organisation.
The position will drive streamlined marketing, branding and communication across the CSAM Group’s varied business units in the e-health and public safety domains, working with local teams across 10 countries, and supporting the company’s M&A growth strategy.
Background
Helen brings extensive experience from communication and branding and a proven track record including both large multinationals and start-ups, having worked in diverse markets across Europe and Asia. She contributed to the international growth of the Telenor Group, a multinational telco operator, holding senior leadership positions in brand and marketing. Helen also participated in the planning and execution of several M&As and new market entries, while her most recent role in the Telenor Group was Vice President for Brands and Marketing Efficiency. She also has experience leading the marketing domain at the international software provider Ibexa.
– “As CSAM has grown dramatically in the past few years, a prerequisite to achieving our ambitious expansion goals is the strengthening of the CSAM brand across our geographical borders and multiple product business units,” says Sverre Flatby, CEO at CSAM Health Group. Every year, new companies join CSAM, and these come in a wide variety of shapes and sized, serving different clients with an increasingly diverse footprint. It is the nature of some of these niche companies that their teams have been focused on developing world-class e-health and emergency software, and not concentrated on marketing them. Helen’s expertise will contribute to a much better marketing toolbox that will help these newly acquired companies thrive and grow as part of the CSAM family.
– “In addition to developing and strengthening the CSAM brand and building marketing competencies across the company, Helen will lead the work on communications and investor relations. CSAMs success story is a fascinating one, and we can’t wait to have Helen’s help in telling the next chapters as they unfold. We are delighted to have Helen on board to complete our management team.
