Oslo, Norway, 19 May 2022: Today, CSAM Health Group AS (CSAM), a leading provider of specialised software for healthcare, published its results for the first quarter of 2022.
CSAM Health Group AS grew its income by 25% vs Q1-21, and recorded EBITDA margins at 16%. Recurring revenue also increased by 25%.
Sverre Flatby, CEO of CSAM, highlights the solid performance: “We look back at Q1-22 and record yet another quarter of growth and profitability. We delivered continued growth vs Q1-21; EBITDA is improving compared to Q4-21, and we see that software-related recurring revenue solidifies its position as the cornerstone of the business.”
“Yet another company was added to the CSAM family as we acquired the health analytics company Carmona. CSAM’s growth ambition is founded on a targeted M&A strategy and with this acquisition, CSAM has taken another important step on our growth journey. Together with MedSciNet, the new company has established a promising Health Analytics domain. Our customers report that this domain is increasingly instrumental in developing the next generation of healthcare solutions,” Flatby said.
