In addition to sustainable organic growth through proven recurring revenue models, the software specialist is placing it bets on M&A as a key growth tool with a bold trajectory. Previous Chairman of Visma, Gunnar Bjørkavåg, today joined the CSAM board, bringing extensive advisory experience within the mergers & acquisitions arena.

CSAM provides a growing bouquet of e-solutions for hospitals, health providers and emergency & acute response, and currently serves some of the most prominent health operations in the Nordics. Today CSAM has offices and subsidiaries in 7 countries.

• A newcomer to the Euronext/Oslo Stock Exchange in October 2020, CSAM displayed robust YoY growth in 2020 of 10.9% and recurring YoY revenue growth of 14.4% . The results confirm CSAM as solid and profitable.

• In the last 24 months, CSAM has completed three strategic acquisitions that complement and strengthen its existing solutions offering to the health and emergency sector and healthcare providers.

• The recent announcement of a successful 200 MNOK bond tap issue boosts the company’s outlook on further acquisitions.
