The Board of Directors of CSAM Health Group AS hereby convenes an Extraordinary General Meeting at the Company’s offices in Drammensveien 288, 0283 Oslo, on 3 October 2022 at 12:00 CEST (UTC +2).
The purpose of the meeting is the appointment of a proposed new auditor for CSAM Health Group AS. The Board encourages all shareholders to use the opportunity to submit a power of attorney before the meeting, as described in the attached Notice.
