___Qevirp 47 Limited, a company controlled by Priveq Investment (“Priveq”), has today sold 870,000 shares in CSAM Health Group AS (“CSAM” or the “Company”), representing 4.2 per cent of the share capital in the Company, at a price per share of NOK 84.0 for total gross proceeds of approximately NOK 73 million. The shares were sold to two institutional investors in a process managed by Carnegie AS.

Following the share sale, Priveq owns 1,223,314 shares in CSAM, representing 5.9 per cent of the share capital in the Company. Priveq is represented on the Company’s Board of Directors by Louise Nilsson.
