CSAM is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Goode to the position of Communications Director. In her new role, Jennifer will be responsible for all internal and external communications at CSAM.

With nearly 15 years of experience in communications, public relations, and digital marketing, Jennifer has a proven track record of driving business results through effective communications strategies. She brings expertise working within the entire healthcare sector, including pharmaceuticals, consumer health and wellness, medical devices, eHealth, non-profits, and hospitals.
Jennifer began her career in communications working at Edelman, the world’s largest independently owned communications marketing agency. From there, she took on various communications roles of increasing responsibility with some of Canada’s largest and best-known healthcare companies, including Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson. In 2016, she launched a boutique communications consulting firm, based in Canada, and began working with CSAM as a consultant in 2017.
Jennifer holds an Honours Bachelor of Science (HBSc.) from the University of Toronto, as well as a Certificate of Public Relations from Humber College.
