Chief Executive Officer
Sverre Flatby is Chief Executive Officer of CSAM and head of the company’s Management Team. In this role, he has primary accountability for setting CSAM’s strategic priorities and managing the company’s growth. Sverre served as Chairman of the Board at CSAM from 2006 to 2007, and has held the role of CEO since 2008.
A seasoned executive and entrepreneur, Sverre has more than 30 years of experience in the eHealth industry, specialising in business development, innovation, M&As, and large-scale project management. He has worked with companies and clients spanning the entire eHealth sector, including hospital, community and primary care.
Prior to leading CSAM, Sverre worked for 12 years as Senior eHealth Business Development Advisor leading hospital ICT project management, innovation and eHealth business development for large hospitals and hospital groups.
From 1989 to 1992, he served as CEO at international eHealth company, Profdoc, where he successfully grew the business from a small Norwegian software vendor to a full-scale Nordic eHealth solutions company. During his tenure, he was also responsible for transforming the company’s operations from a small, unstructured team to an industrialised development organisation. Profdoc was eventually acquired by CompuGroup Medical (CGM).
Sverre holds a computer engineering degree from Oslo and Akershus University College in Norway. He is fluent in English and Norwegian.

Chief Financial Officer
Einar Bonnevie is Chief Financial Officer of CSAM. In this role, he is responsible for the company’s financial management and reporting, funding and financing, as well as its corporate governance. In addition, he is a key member of the M&A team, working primarily to analyse the financial impact of a potential acquisition. As a member of the CSAM Management Team, Einar shares leadership accountability and responsibility for jointly setting and executing CSAM’s strategic priorities. He is also a member of CSAM’s Board of Directors and Chairman of all subsidiaries.
Prior to joining CSAM in 2008, Einar worked at Sundal Collier Asset Management where he was responsible for developing the first Norwegian hedge fund. The company later merged with WarrenWicklund in 2005, where Einar continued on as a successful hedge fund manager.
From 1989 to 2002, Einar held various roles of increasing responsibility at Norske Shell, including portfolio and general manager of the company’s pension fund, where he managed assets in excess of 1.5 BNOK.
Einar holds a Master of Business Administration (“Siviløkonom”) from BI – Norwegian School of Management. He is fluent in English and Norwegian.

Chief Strategy Officer
Glenn Kenneth Bruun
Glenn Kenneth Bruun is Chief Strategy Officer at CSAM. He is responsible for development and implementation of CSAM’s corporate strategy, including business development, corporate partnerships, strategic initiatives and acquisitions, strategic sales and product development.
Prior to CSAM, Glenn Kenneth spent a decade as Chief Information Officer at Norwegian National University Hospital Rikshospitalet- Radiumhospitalet (now part of Oslo University Hospital). In his role, he was responsible for all IT operations and initiatives, including the introduction of IT services in specialised hospitals, development and relocation to a new hospital (Gaustad), the merger of several hospitals, development of an IT organisation with both IT and clinical competences, as well as development and implementation of clinical and administrative systems through the entire hospital group.
During his time at the University Hospital, Glenn Kenneth also initiated and spearheaded the commercialisation of IT innovations developed within the hospital, making them available for sale on the open market. This initiative formed the beginning of CSAM.
Glenn Kenneth has participated as advisor and resource in several areas within the eHealth community; including Customer advisor in Novell Co, advisor for HIMSS/WOHIT Europe, development of the Norwegian Health and IT innovation network (now part of Norwegian Medtech), advisor for several eHealth conferences, participant in the government “Hagen utvalget, NOU 2011:11, and Innovasjon i omsorg” looking at the welfare and social care sector and impact of IT and business opportunities.
Glenn Kennth holds a degree in “høyskole kandidat” from Østfold University College, Cand Mag from Tromø University and a Master of Management from BI Norweigan Business School. He is fluent in English and Norwegian.

Chief Operations Officer
Leif Egil Buen
Leif Egil Buen is Chief Operations Officer at CSAM and a member of the Management Team. In this role, he is responsible for all of the company’s internal business operations, including product management, product development, customer deliveries and services. He directly oversees the Managing Directors of each of CSAM’s subsidiaries, as well as the leaders of technology, development, deliveries, HR and quality.
Leif Egil has broad consulting and IT leadership experience within both engineering and public health services, as well as experience from IT operational organisations and enterprise architecture. He possesses deep knowledge and expertise across eHealth, technology, software, architecture, quality and methodology.
Before joining CSAM in 2012, Leif Egil worked for 12 years in IT operations management within hospital organisations. He spent six of those years as IT Operations Manager at the Norwegian National University Hospital Rikshospitalet- Radiumhospitalet (now part of Oslo University Hospital), where he managed the day-to-day activities of the IT operational department, including all systems, services, infrastructure and employees.

Chief Sales Officer
Rolf-Henry Grønlund serves as Chief Sales Officer at CSAM. In this role, he is responsible for delivering organic sales growth across the company’s entire portfolio of solutions, in both existing and new markets. As a member of the CSAM Management Team, Rolf-Henry shares leadership accountability and responsibility for jointly setting and executing CSAM’s strategic priorities.
With more than 20 years of global sales, marketing and management experience in the eHealth industry, Rolf-Henry is adept at both commercial and operational leadership.
Before joining CSAM, he held leadership roles at Profdoc, Normedis and Cardio Control NV. In 2004, he moved to South East Asia where he started a franchise of Profdoc, adapting products for the Asian market and building a large organisation in Kuala Lumpur before selling to CGM.
Rolf-Henry holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from BI Norwegian Business School. He also has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Marketing and Consumer Insight from Nanyang Business School at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
Rolf-Henry is passionate about travel and enjoys learning about new cultures. He is fluent in English, Norwegian and Swedish.

Jennifer Goode is the Communications Director and a member of the CSAM Management Team. Since 2016, she has been leading the company’s communications and corporate branding functions.
Jennifer brings 15 years of experience in strategic communications, including corporate communications, public relations and digital marketing. Prior to joining CSAM, Jennifer worked at some of Canada’s largest healthcare companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
Jennifer brings expertise working within the entire healthcare sector, including pharmaceuticals, consumer health & wellness, medical devices, eHealth, non-profits, and hospitals.
Jennifer holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto, and a post-graduate certificate in Public Relations from Humber. She works remotely from her office near Toronto, Ontario (Canada).
