 Chairman Tom Ruud

Tom Ruud is a Norwegian citizen born in 1950 and was educated Civil Engineer 1974 from Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU/NTH). He also has attended an executive program at Wharton.
Tom Ruud has over the years gained significant top management and board experience from different industries and parts of the world. Tom Ruud joined the Umoe group as CFO in 2008 coming from the Group Executive management of Nordea, the largest Nordic financial services group. Before that he is a former Group President and CEO of Kredittkassen and Group President and CEO of Aker Norcem, both major listed Norwegian companies.
Tom Ruud is currently Chairman of the Board Umoe Bioenergy ASA. He is also a Board Member of Total E&P Norway AS in addition to Kistefos as. Tom Ruud is also member of several boards in companies in the Umoe Group.

 Board member Steinar Stokke
|
Steinar Stokke has a degree in political science. He began his career in the Finance Department of the Ministry of Finance from 1982 until 1993. The last 3 years up until 1993 Stokke held a position as the budget director. He moved to become general director and later permanent secretary general in the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs from 1993 to 1999.
In connection with the deregulation of the Norwegian pharmacy market in 2000, Stokke founded the Apotek1 chain and headed the company until 2002 as CEO. In the period from 2002 to 2004 he was the CEO of the regional health authority, Helse Sør. He moved on to become a partner in PWC and later director of the employer association until 2006 when he co-founded the real estate company Oslo Næringseiendom AS together with Utstillingsplassen Eiendom AS. Stokke has also been active on numerous boards. |
 Board member Mats Larson

Mats Larson has in-depth knowledge from healthcare and the IT-industry and has held different managerial positions in both fields. He is a RN and holds a Master Degree in Health Information Management.
For ten years he served as a Hospital General Manager and then became the CEO of Carelink – a Swedish public company facilitating the use of IT in healthcare. Between 2004 and 2008 Mats worked with Oracle as Senior Business Development Director for healthcare.
He has served as president of EHTEL – the European Health Telematics Association. Mats is currently Chairman of the Board of the Swedish Medical Products Agency as well as other boards. |

He has substantial experience in the field of integration and works primarily on the Brainware Integration Engine. Arild represents the employees. |
